As experienced visitors to Florida we looked long and hard at many areas before deciding to buy a holiday villa in Indian Creek, Kissimmee, just five minutes from all the Disney attractions.

Indian Creek is situated to the rear of Splendid China, about half a mile from Highway 192.

If you've never stayed in a villa before you'll be amazed at how comfortable, spacious and convenient it is, sleeping up to ten people the villa is ideally suited for two families, shops and restaurants are just two minutes away.

The villa has four bedrooms (two en-suite) a third bathroom and its own 30 foot pool enclosed in an insect proof screen, the rear of the pool area faces south and is in the sun for most of the day.

Kissimmee is a great base for your vacation and ideal for the Disney theme parks that include:-

The Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Discovery Island and Wide World of Sports.

Within a 20 minute drive are Sea World, Wet 'n Wild, Universal Studios and Universal Island of Adventure, which are all hugely popular.

St Petersburg on the Gulf Coast and Busch Gardens in Tampa are about one hours drive to the West.

The Kennedy Space Station is around one hours drive to the East coast where Daytona and Cocoa beaches can also be found.

Numerous other outdoor activities are available nearby such as golf, water skiing, jet skiing, para gliding, helicopter rides, hot air balloon rides, bungee jumping and horse riding.

The climate is warm throughout the year with temperatures ranging from around 70 degrees in mid winter to over 90 degrees in the summer.
